Daily Schedule

Day 1 : PE 1:55-2:25

Day 2: Music 11:10-11:55

Day 3: PE 10:30-11:15 GOLD WEEK: Life Skills 11:15-11:45 PURPLE WEEK: Book exchange 2:25-2:45

Day 4: ART 11:10-12:10 PURPLE WEEK: Library Skills 1:05-1:35

SNACK/MILK BREAK: Daily- Please send healthy snacks that will give your child a boost of energy to keep working throughout the day. WE ARE A PEANUT FREE CLASSROOM.

May 27th: EARLY RELEASE

May 30th: Memorial Day: No School

May 31st: Field Day 1-2:45 at Fireman's Park

June 6th: ALL 4th Grade Celebration Field Trip!!!!

June 7th: LAST DAY of SCHOOL dismissal at 10:55 am

About Me

Mrs. Marek: This is my 17th year teaching in DeForest. (but my 23rd year teaching!) I have taught 6th grade for two years, and switched to fourth grade. For three years I taught the 3-4 multi-age, then 4th again. I have also taught in Chicago, Denver, and Omaha. I love teaching at Eagle Point and look forward to a wonderful year again! Personally, I have been married for 24 years and we have three boys. Jacob is 23 years old, Zachary and Reese are 19 years old. We have 2 chocolate labs. They are 1 year apart and are sisters. Izzy is older and Millie is our new addition.
